The SalesCandy mobile app solves the two biggest problems that sales & marketing operations face. One is to ensure that every enquiry is being responded to within the golden window and subsequently followed up by the sales team. The second is to have an accurate and transparent data that helps reveal which particular ads give the best return, not by the number of leads, but by the number of wins, without needing to manually stitch the data together. According to Harvard Business Review, leads that were responded to within the golden window of 5 minutes have an 8x better chance of winning. However, our research in Southeast Asia reveals that after a potential buyer submits an enquiry, 70% of the time, they do not receive a response from the sales team. For those that receive a response, it averagely takes 5.5 days.
Our SalesCandy algorithm helps you to enforce a contact strategy and sales cadence among your sales team without manual intervention. Our patent-pending technology distributes the lead to the right salesperson as soon as it comes in and auto re-routes it to the next available salesperson in 25 seconds if it is not attended to. Salespersons can receive leads on the go. After every sales action, our mobile app prompts the salesperson to schedule the next follow-up action in just 3 clicks and get notified when it is due. All salespersons' actions via phone calls & SMS interactions including actions overdue will be automatically logged & reflected in real-time reports.
All incoming leads from online and offline lead sources are linked to the originating advertisement. Our system tracks the lead journey, picks up the conversion data, traces every sale, and pinpoints the ads that give you the best return. SalesCandy Manager Portal provides a real-time dashboard to alert managers on issues that require their attention. Managers will gain actionable insights to address salespersons' productivity issues from salesperson actions, lead source performance, project CPX, and salesperson app status reports. Our 14-day proven set-up process makes implementing SalesCandy extremely easy. How SalesCandy LMS works
The inception
On October 4, 2016, Stanley Chee (the co-founder of Gapture performance agency) met up with Jeffry Chan (the founder of LW Digital) over lunch to pass him some exquisite candies from the Kazakhstan trip. Throughout the meal, they shared their frustrations on the lack of progress visibility and accountability of the sales leads that they have generated for their clients. They realised that there was no solution in the market that could route an incoming lead to the salesperson who is available to attend to the lead immediately and track the actual action performed by the salesperson who has accepted the lead. It was then, in an unassuming Japanese restaurant, that the idea and the name of SalesCandy was born.
