SalesCandy has successfully launched v3.0!
We are excited to make an important announcement: In the last four months, SalesCandy team has been working round the clock to develop a brand new version 3.0 of our system. This is a full revamp from ground up of the whole SalesCandy system with tons of new features such as a brand new architecture supporting routing handling of up to 10,000 leads per second, enhanced routing mechanism, full end-to-end encryption from rest to flight, database that’s built with Machine Learning and scalability in mind, improved user interface, and many others. Notification Centre:
You will now be able to monitor all the actions under one roof: from receiving leads, to the start of routing hours, the salespersons’ latest actions, and many more. Click on the bell logo on your right top and see all the events happened while you were away.
Fair Auto-Routing:
We received a lot of valuable feedback about our routing mechanism from our users. Now all the leads are routed to the sales teams with transparency and prospects in mind. Moreover, you can add up to 100 teams to route leads followed by another 100 teams as backups!
Same Salesperson Preferential Assigning:
Dealing with multiple salespeople can be a real pain. Imagine having to deal with 3-4 different salespeople under the same company. In the new version, we have implemented the “same salesperson preferential assigning” feature: when activated, an existing lead who enquires for a different product may be assigned to the same salesperson (provided that the same salesperson is in both teams).
Facebook Lead Ads Integration:
In the new portal, you will be able to connect your Facebook business account to receive all the incoming leads within a few clicks. Using this new Facebook API, you will not have to refresh the token regularly, just connect once and let our automation handle the rest.
Project Group Management:
Sometimes your project might be extremely big, and you may consider breaking it up into the groups. In the other case, you may want to have multiple project groups without being attached to any of the projects. Now you will be able to manage them all in one page, and moreover, manage the lead source routing for your project groups: if you want to route leads from 1 lead source to many projects equally just put them in 1 group and route to all while maintaining the project level access of the managers
Pending First Action:
For your convenience, we added a new tab called “Pending First Actions” that you can find in your portal and the mobile app. All transferred leads that have not been followed up now will appear as 'Pending First Action' and as Overdue under 'Follow-up' if it has not been acted upon.
Some other small, but yet useful features:
Copy lead feature: Our number one most requested feature in enabling cross-selling is now live in v3.0. Now you are able to copy any of your leads to another project for ease of cross-selling.
Export lead screen: We made working on Excel Spreadsheets reports easier, so you can now opt to export your leads easily. It will take seconds to export your leads into a CSV file.
Input field management: Leads that were submitted with the wrong information, can now be edited in your portal. You can also create your leads manually from scratch easily.
One page for all the leads: Now all the leads are listed on one page for your convenience.
Smart-matching lead import: Whenever you want to add existing leads from the spreadsheet, you can now upload it on the portal and map with ease! Works up to 5000 leads per cycle of import. Bear in mind that the spreadsheet uploaded must be in CSV format.
